ISSUES WITH THE NHS APP FOLLOWING THE SURGERY MERGER

Following our successful merge of the IT systems between The Quarter Jack Surgery and the Old Dispensary, some patients may be experiencing access issues with their NHS App. If this is the case, please follow the instructions in the document below to resolve any issues:

Bank Holiday Closure 

To all patients, we would just like to confirm the surgery will be closed next Monday, 6th May, in line with the UK Bank Holiday.
We will be open as usual from 8:30am on Tuesday 7th May.

We wanted to remind patients that the easiest way to contact us is via our E-consult form on our website. You should see a notice bar at the bottom of our website saying “Contact your GP practice online”  which when expanded will display the following options:
Please navigate through the online form to find out the relevant information and continue to contact us if needed.

Submit Blood Pressure Readings Online

Have you recently been asked to submit 7 days home blood pressure readings?

Did you know you can now submit your blood pressure readings online via The Quarter Jack Surgery website?

The tool can be found on our website under Services > Home Blood Pressure Reading or simply click following link to take you straight there:
