We’ve now gone live with implementing our new approach to managing annual reviews, medication monitoring, medication reviews and blood test results and wanted to let you know about the benefits that this will bring to you… our patients!
In the first few weeks this may result in patients receiving more than one text message/appt invitation whilst we phase out the old process and replace it with the new one. However, we expect this to be relatively short term, affecting maybe the first 6-8 weeks. Thanks for your patience during this transitional phase.
