NHS Health Checks are offered to patients aged 40-74.
It is a free 20 minute check up with carried out by one of our experienced HCAs and can help us identify if you are at risk of certain health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney stones and stroke and how to reduce the risk of getting these conditions. For those over the age of 65 you’ll also be told about dementia and its symptoms.
If you are eligible for this check up, the surgery will contact you to book an appointment.
