For help with IT and digital problems of all kinds, phone the Dorset Digital Hotline on 01305 221000 (option 2), Monday – Friday 10am – 12 noon (except Bank Holidays) run by a group of volunteers mostly made up of retired IT professionals and some Dorset Council staff

Help for parents

Dorset Council’s Educational Psychology Service can offer a 30 minute phone consultation to support parents and carers so they can help their children cope with the lockdown. Calls are confidential unless there is a risk of harm to the caller, their child or someone else. Brief records are kept of each call.
