We run structured clinics for people with chronic diseases ensuring the highest standards of care as part of the GP contract with the government.  The clinics are run by Doctors and Nurses with a specialist interest in the disease area.  Patients with Diabetes are seen every six months and patients with Hypertension are seen every nine months.  Stroke and Heart Disease patients are seen annually by their own GP.  Asthma and COPD are seen annually by Nurse Rogers.  Patients with Thyroid disease, Epilepsy and Mental Illness are reviewed annually by their GP.  You are asked to obtain relevant blood tests before this appointment.
